At Roy Home Appliances Service Care, we strive to provide reliable and professional appliance repair services to all our customers. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding payments, service charges, repairs, and refunds.
Inspection & Service Charges
A technician visit and inspection charge may apply for diagnosing appliance issues. This charge covers the technician’s time, travel, and inspection service and is generally non-refundable once the inspection has been completed.
Repair Charges
Repair charges are payable only after the customer approves the repair estimate provided by our technician. Once repair work has been completed successfully, service charges and labor charges are non-refundable.
Spare Parts
If genuine spare parts are installed during a repair, the cost of those parts is non-refundable once the repair has been completed and the appliance has been tested in the customer’s presence.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made by the customer.
- Payment charged incorrectly due to a billing error.
- Repair service could not be provided after payment was collected in advance.
- Spare part ordered by us is unavailable and the repair cannot proceed.
Any approved refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method whenever possible.
Service Warranty
Certain repairs may include a limited service warranty as communicated by our technician at the time of service. If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period, we will inspect the appliance and provide appropriate support according to the warranty terms.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are requested to verify appliance functionality before the technician leaves the service location. Any concerns should be reported immediately so that they can be addressed promptly.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel a service request before the technician is dispatched without any cancellation charge. Once a technician has been dispatched or has reached the service location, applicable inspection or visit charges may apply.
